My god, what a band. I count Paul Rod gers among the greatest of all time. Not exactly a brave statement, but I just love the way he sings.
This is a song that I just have to sit and listen to until it’s over.

It’s crazy the talent. The bass player was like 16-17 in that concert in 1970.

Also crazy is how many great blues rock bands came out of England, including perhaps the greatest of all time. How can Brits do the blues better than Americans? We invented the blues!

So the story goes...after WWII, England’s school curriculum made music a prerequisite course. Add in the cultural revolution and there you have motive and opportunity.
